Job Overview
We are actively seeking a results-driven, motivated, and strategic enterprise "hunter" deeply focused on cultivating net-new business opportunities within the Healthcare vertical specifically focused on Urgent Care, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Medical Equipment sub verticals. Your mission is to play a pivotal role in cementing our status as conversational analytics leader by securing high-impact deals and consistently surpassing annual quotas.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a standard of excellence by leading and mastering the intricacies of complex sales cycles, demonstrating an unparalleled understanding of our platform solution. Consistently achieve and surpass assigned quotas. 
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition to prospective clients, showcasing how our innovative technology addresses their specific needs and challenges. From initial engagement to contract closure, manage every phase of the sales process with strategic finesse.
  • Establish and cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise-level companies. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through a comprehensive evaluation of their requirements. Showcase the tangible and transformative value Marchex brings to their operations, positioning our solutions as indispensable assets in achieving their business objectives.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment by fostering exceptional communication and synergy. Contribute to accurate revenue forecasting by providing valuable insights and market intelligence. Act as a conduit for valuable market feedback by gathering insights into industry trends, competitive activities, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to share client feedback, align on messaging, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Marchex's products and services. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full cycle sales experience or relevant vertical experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets, and a history of outstanding performance in every role.
  • Extensive network and domain expertise in healthcare-related verticals, providing valuable industry insights and connections.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and intricate standards of HIPAA and PHI compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to professional development, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving sales methodologies.
  • Proven ability to consistently close 6 and 7 figure deals, showcasing a deep understanding of complex sales processes.
  • Equipped with comprehensive sales methodology training and experience managing accurate forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated commitment to thoughtful and value-added prospecting techniques, identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, including effective presentations to C-level executives.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment, driven by success and a high desire to win.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft suite of products preferable.
Working Conditions     
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting and may be fully or partially remote.  Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.  Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.

*Compensation
($200,000 - $250,000 USD)

The compensation range listed above may include base salary and short and/or long-term incentives. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
