Job Overview
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing Go-To-Market strategies and creating compelling content to support product positioning and messaging for the company’s AI-powered conversational intelligence solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams that include Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products.

Job Impact
As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will shape our product positioning and messaging by bringing a strong market, customer and competitive orientation to our AI-powered conversation intelligence products. You will drive customer value and differentiation as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team of product marketing managers and product managers who are dedicated to and passionate about executing our product vision and supporting our internal and external stakeholders.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Execution:
  • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of GTM activities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality content to support product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blogs and in-product customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand product features and benefits, translating technical details into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Create compelling product presentations and sales decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and strategy.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or comparable professional background.
  • At least 3 years of work in product marketing or client engagement, with a preference for experience in tech or SaaS domains.
  • Possesses an analytical mind capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce engaging and clear messages.
  • A collaborative team member with outstanding skills in working with different groups; effective as both a contributor and within a team dynamic.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to timelines and complete assignments effectively.
  • Proficient with office productivity software, especially Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
  • Prior experience using AI for creative content production or process efficiency improvements is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with AI-powered products or analytics tools is preferred.

Working Conditions     
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting and may be fully or partially remote.  Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.  Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.

*Compensation

($80,000 - $90,000 USD)

The compensation range listed above may include base salary and short and/or long-term incentives. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
